If I could, I would rate 0 stars! Not only they are shady, and conniving people that works for Country roads. I went over there a couple of weeks ago, to visit a friend that lives there. I parked on the side of the trailer, my friend lives and someone had blocked his parking spot that is why I parked like that and I was there ONLY FOR 15 MINUTES AND THEY HAD MY CAR TOWED!!! I went to the office to see what had happened, and that heifer that was on the computer, which she was stuck on whilst I was talking to her said you can’t park there! I said ok, but I don’t live here, then she proceeded to saw well the residents knows. I told her that I haven’t spoken to my friend for 3 weeks. Her eyes rolled and said oh well you can contact asap about the car. It costed me 200 dollars for that. I would understand if I knew about their rules and still had done it, however I did not and like I said I had not spoken or seen my friend until that day AND I WOULDNT HAD PARKED THERE IF SOMEONE ELSE HAD BLOCKED MY FRIEND’S ONLY PARKING SPOT. Ever since that day, and I had stopped by to see my my friend, I had seen numerous cars parked on the side on the trailers they were at and the stay there MORE THAN 10 MINUTES!!! I wouldn’t consider moving in there and they had also done numerous shady stuff to their tenants…

Unfortunately this place now is no longer safe. They are allowing people with felonies to live here even tho there contract says their not allowed they are rude and if you complain they threaten to evict you and they will tow your car for no reason if you upset the Update They are now evicting people for following the rules including senior citizens who have been here for a very long time this place is not people friendly
