I visited the Cabana Cove this week and I was very impressed with the apartments and most important Mrs. Sharell. She was very knowledgeable and provided me and my daughter with great customer service. She wasn't pushy like other communities I had visited. I will be back this week to apply. Cannot wait to call Kabana Cove my new home until I am ready to purchase my own home.

For a 2 bedroom is 750. And the reviews that gave them 1 stars are all tenants that dont pay rent and get mad when they get evicted. I lived there for years and absolutely loved the manager mrs Ferris she very respectful as long as you respect her which people now and days do not do they want respect but treat others very poorly and get mad when they get treated the way they treat people.
Garbage can they suck poor mgmt and maintenance, Apartment not worth the money nothing gets fixed
