The worst place to rent from the people choice have bought not only these apartments but grassy pond, west creek and ones on Firestone rd and a few others. They don’t fix anything .my kitchen sink has been overflowing for few days . The water is a back up from upstairs apartment into my apartment mold and mildew creating.

Well this is going to be funny but haven’t even got a place yet I just been otp for 10 mins since I’ve been put on hold and I can see why the comments talk about management 😭🤦🏽‍♂️

This is the worst place to possibly live. Management is very poor. People will steal your stuff and not think twice about it. I moved out less than a month of living there. When I went to go get my deposit back the manager of the office was rude and told me that I couldn’t have it back even though I’ve never signed the lease. She got in my face and started throwing her hands in my face. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I would give it 0 stars if that was an option.
