It was honestly the nicest hospital I stayed at, the treatment was the best out of the nine other hospitals I stayed at. Yet the staff are isolating, and the psychiatrists are in it for the money. They don't want to help you, no place does. Hospitals are dehumanizing places, I was afraid that the hospital was trying to keep me here. I am not suicidal or homicidal, I was here for what they thought was shizo. I even got a lawyer, named James McGoldrick of Lynn MA involved in this. This was borderline malpractice for the reason that the hospital kept me, for hallucinations. I did not need to be locked up, I was not a danger to myself or others. The staff that I would like to commemorate is Nurse Nancy of the Child Developmental Unit. She works night shifts, and was honestly the most caring of all the staff. The other staff, lacked compassion. They are no replacement for people who actually care about you, they do it for the money. Some of the staff shouldn't work here, and the social worker had no compassion. This was the best hospital I've ever seen, yet the system is broken. (The owner was scared to reply to this one)

The staff neglected and mistreated me and my roommate. It would take days just to get something to treat a wound, and the staff would constantly use deadnamed on trans patients. They would refuse phone calls, or refuse to give you your items that a parent dropped off. They would shut down groups and community meetings because we would voice our issues that needed to be addressed. And neglected patients that had covid and could not leave the room they were in.

I just got out of this hospital 3 days ago. I saw how easy it was to discharge and i thought i could make it until i looked at my scripta and they didnt send me with my prn and upped doeses on my meds. I couldnt even get my meds for a whole night and then because i couldnt get to a pharmacy i had to wait another day with no meds because i cant take meds off schedule it makes me feel wierd. I left more tapped then when i went in. They alos stole BOTH of my phone chargers. They threw away another patience belongings. I had an anxiety attack and couldnt access my prn because they were to busy typing on thiwr computer

Yes
Visiting hours vary by the type of nursing care unit the patient is on. The best way to determine when to visit someone would be to call the unit
