Sketch at night people will stare at u giving out creep vibes Homicide occured here and no one will tell u so until ur in a year lease Yeah there's a pool that's locked away and unusable and about to the point where it's so dirty it's gonna be a mosquito breeding ground Reached out to owners but no one has answers ...they could at least drain it or were gonna have snakes swimming in it Maitnenence will take their time with request and disappear and not come back for days on end Owners are incredibly hard to actually get ahold of Don't waste your money or your time On top of that a crazy lady threw a brick threw our window we did t even know her

Here we are over a year since my mother in law moved out due to a major lack of repairs. This P.O.S company wants to come after my 80+ year old mother in law. They caused here to go to the hospital, and left this apt in shambles. No repairs, and a major lack of care for the property. We called the health inspector and code enforcement on them. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTES. MOLD is everywhere! Now over a year later they want to come after my mother in law is ridiculous! The company that manages casa grande now is the 5th one since I became involved! In an attempt to fix this situation, they will not even return any phone calls. STAY AWAY FROM CASA GRANDE,

Horrible place to live I currently live here and it has been a very bad experience. The office is always closed, it's closed right now and it's Wednesday at 9:42am. They should be open. Office staff is very nasty and unprofessional. Office only open on the 1st of the month. Also plumbing is bad in alot of the apartments. These apartments need alot of improvements! I wouldn't buy these apartments or move here!! Save yourself the stress find something else!

Haven't had ac, stove, microwave, and did i mention AC, for 7 days now c: EDIT: Over $200 in food was spoiled due to their negligence and all they did was give us a $232 credit on our rent, prorated for the total of 10 days that we went on without any power for our apartment. And they refuse to reimburse us for the groceries they spoiled. I edited this comment AFTER their sorry response. Please don't move here.

Questions & Answers

Why do your hours say 9am to 5pm when you are never open when we need to speak to you? You gave us a 7 day notice to speak to Martha Torres and when we went by at 9:45am, it was locked. Also tried at 11am -not there. So when are your REAL hours..?
