*** under new management *** And let me just say don’t waste your time here. They’re really friendly and helpful until you get in here. 1st week here they towed my car out of the parking lot due not having a decal no one gave me. And when I went to speak to the main office coordinator she had an attitude and tried to blame me about the decal I NEVER received. Didn’t refund or credit the tow fee. ($165). They will tow your vehicle with out warning. Happened for the second time this morning. I’ve only live here a month. Luckily it was still in the parking lot. I just had to walk two buildings up. I guess if you aren’t a Spanish speaking resident they’re not concerned. The plumbing is horrible. My kitchen sink backs up when my upstairs neighbors wash clothes or shower. And the cops have been out here twice. Definitely looks good on paper only. It’s way too expensive to have the problems you’ll face. Don’t waste time on a 10 or 12 month lease you’re going to want to leave after month one.

The Maintenance Is Quick At Fixing Things👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾.. We have to deal with people sitting on your cars..Leaving marijuana on your cars.. Since my mom & I been living here we have had to deal with people upstairs Stomping Dropping & Dragging Stuff Across The Floor from sun up to sun down.. they put us in a handicap apartment some all of our clothes was on the floor. People arguing over parking.we was told they had Security but that was a lie people done being shot out here.. I THANK GOD FOR KEEPING ME & MY FAMILY SAFE WHILE WE HERE

The apartment complex and apartments are really nice. I think that it is a nice place to live. The office staff is great, maintenance is excellent! They keep the complex clean and well maintained. The only nuisances were roaches (which we have under control) and currently there are some children that make a Mess on the stairs, Sits on cars, urinate in the stairwell and are Loud until 11 p.m. Other than that, this complex is GREAT!

Yes, if the eviction is a minimum of 3 years old. All rental debts must be paid in full though.
I would suggest you call the office for more information. I was there 6 months ago. And one thing I can tell you. Appointments are different prices. It goes by the seasons of the month in that year.. just find out. Because it's one season in the year when they are very high in price. Good luck. Happy apartment hunting
