Beautiful community of people... Not the most accessible layout. Very narrow Rose 4 incoming and outgoing traffic

Stairs in front of trailer are not made to code. Each step is wayyyy off [11 inches x 7 inches.... When the city requires 11 inches x 11 inches] And as many times as guests/ residents have fallen on the stairs I'm surprised they haven't freaking been sued It's just kind of like a slumlord place
