Raise rent yearly and get nothing, you pay water and garbage this year 45 dollars thanks covid,couldn't raise last year because of covid so it's double this time ,everyone on fixed income,lots trailers for sale on a monthly basis way to expensive, taxes tripled this year also

One of the nicer parks in the area. Management is easy to work with. Ryan is very professional, personable and does a great job! Louis and Kay were great. Enjoy retirement!

Lot rent varies from home to home. Generally the rates vary from $650 - $795. It's best to contact the park manager to get accurate rates on the specific home.
No each home is owner occupied
They have different options just go to office or website and the Age requirements also stay cool
I have no idea. I just deliver Meals on Wheels there.
