I just went there to pick up some things that were advertised for free. Although the people I visited were very kind, my impression of that mobile park was that it's a little dumpy looking and none of the streets inside the complex had street signs. I used Google Maps to get there and it directed me past the address I was going to and told me to turn on a street that had no street sign. Very annoying!

Vancouver mobile terrace is an all ages mobile home park that has resident owned homes that rent spaces for a monthly charge and they have no rentals. Residents tend to sell from time to time. You can also check on Commonwealths website at cwres.com for a listing of homes for sale and a list of available parks.

No. The person who lives in the trailer has to be on the title.
They do not rent trailers or 5th wheels. They lease spaces for owner owned mobile homes at a monthly rate. They are very close to the VA.
