Currently waiting in an empty lobby for almost 45 mins…just to file a report. No officer has come to help me yet. Terrible service in the black community. UPDATE: when she came out almost an hr later, she handed me a piece of paper with a number to call. Doesn’t even apologize for my wait, just shameful. Please hire younger, more enthusiastic workers. These ladies are not getting the job done in the office!!!

Absolutely horrible service!!! I filed a case 4 weeks ago, have left 6 emails and 14 calls and have yet to receive ONE call back!!!! I am left no choice but to call Local news station!
