My whole experience would have been a 5 star. However I had to go to the lab. The lady at the desk was so rude. I explained to her what I needed all she Said was go sign in at the ciosk so I did. It told me I had no appointment I went back to her. I got a dirty look and a sigh you need to sign in and say this and that and you are doing a pick up so do it right this time. I told her if she didn't like her just go find a new on. 2 more ppl came in after said the said this and pointed. Not once making eye contact. One person looked to be at least 80.other got up to help. One man told as well she was rude.

Dr. Bloom was amazing! Great staff! Took out 7 year old in to get checked out and Dr. bloom found 3 things wrong that our normal doctor missed the week prior! He was excellent, and our boy is excited to go back for his check up! I will be telling everyone I know about this place! Highly recommend!

I recently visited Dr. Berinstein for a phantom smell issue. I was referred to him by my doctor and was told he was the BEST ENT she knew. I couldn't agree more with her opinion of Dr. Berinstein. He is truly one of the most compassionate providers I have experienced. I recently brought my husband into a follow up appointment and upon walking out of the appointment he said WOW, you were right - Dr Berinstein's bed side manner is amazing.

I think Dr. Bloom is a very personable doctor, who seemed genuinely caring about my husband's abrupt hearing loss. I really liked him. However, my 2 stars are for the staff. I feel that some of the personnel lack patient service skills, friendliness, and efficiency. When we first arrived, the young lady never looked up and asked for my husband's drivers license and insurance card...as he was removing them from his wallet. When Dr. Bloom ordered an MRI, they got it authorized, but sent the order to a facility that is not contracted with our insurance. Luckily, I discovered that before we had the procedure done. Also, I called and requested a medication for anxiety as my husband is claustrophobic called in to Walgreens. That never happened. Finally, when the MRI was completed, I called to find out the results, which they were unable to give us, as Dr. Bloom was out for the holiday week. I got that, but I wanted to schedule an appointment, and she said someone would call me back. Very frustrated with their staff, and I will let them know.
