Still would like to know, what exactly is the space rent in Meadow Verde.....and other rules and/or restrictions etc. Helps to make a decision if this would be some place we may be interested in and can afford.

About $1000/month, and quite a few rules and restrictions. A nice place, though, clean and quiet.
