I brought in a Coach brand bag that I asked to have personalized with the date I met the love of my life. I was turned down by 4 other embroidery shops. They didn’t have the confidence that Vancouver Custom Embroidery had. The leather was a bit more tuff than a normal bag. They promised me a 24 hour turn around.
