Employees rude. Food is terrible. You have to fight to get your medicine. MEDICINE NOT AVAILABLE FROM PHARMACY. NURSE FALSIFY MEDICATION RECORD SAID MEDICATION was given. NEVER RECEIVED BP MEDICINE.

Family members always complain about the care their “loved one” is receiving when they ship them off to nursing homes when they don’t want to deal with their dementia or medical issues. They only come to see them on holidays/ birthdays. I wouldn’t put my loved one in a nursing home! The staff is under paid and over worked. Some of the elderly people at nursing homes need sitters which the facility don’t provide due to staffing so the loved one falls bc they think they can walk and do things when they can’t. So just keep your “loved one” home with u and hire someone to come to your house and take care of them. Don’t like the government food then cook your loved one a meal and send there every day! At lot of time as the elderly age their appetite is bad and they don’t eat the same. Long story short keep them HOME WITH YOU IF YOU REALLY LOVE THEM!

My mother in law stayed in this facility for over a month. It was the worst experience in her life. The staff was overall rude and inefficient. The place has roaches and the food was terrible. She was served the exact same meal for breakfast, lunch and dinner her entire stay...mystery meat, mashed potatoes, peas and carrots for lunch and dinner and oatmeal, eggs and apple sauce/pears for breakfast. None of the food was good, which left my mom drinking Ensure drinks regularly, when we were not bringing her outside food. Otherwise she would have starved!!!! The care is so bad that she fell in the facility within days of arriving and broke her hip. They did not transfer her to the hospital with is located within walking distance for over 24 hours....did I mention that they gave her aspirin for the pain from the broken hip during this time!!!! Totally unprofessional from start to finish. I don't have time to relay all the issues she had from aids harsh handling, neglectful care, etc, etc. The list goes on and one. Bottom line is NEVER, NEVER PUT YOUR LOVED ONES IN THIS FACILITY!!!!
