I've been here for a year. This apartment is very child friendly. They held an event of Easter Hunt. Last year, my daughter had fun Halloween withmany friends who live in an apartment. The management is great. When I ask maintenance, they response very quickly and give appropriate service. Current manager and engineer are very kind and correct. Elementary school accessibility is also very good. If you go to school by bicycle through Stevens Creek, you can arrive at elementary school in less than 10 minutes. It is good for a walk because it has a beautiful garden. Community facilities are also very well managed and convenient to use.

I have been living here for a little over 7 months and am loving this place! The apartments are very nice (fitted with modern equipment, and a good floor plan), the location is prime with easy access to groceries, hospitals, trails and every basic necessity you'd need. The community is wonderful (green and well lit!) as well with almost all amenities you'd basically want (gym, pool, sauna, sitting areas, barbeque, etc). The resident manager, Jovice, has been as kind and friendly to us as she was when we first contacted her for leasing. Any issues or maintenance required have also been resolved very quickly. Our technician Naza has been quick, and very friendly as well :) Would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a nice, clean and green neighborhood
