Like another reviewer noted, they are often rude. Andrea was particularly rude to me. The other leasing agent, Lilly, lives there. She posted a review as if she was a regular resident. That’s unethical. The place is also WAY overpriced.

After living 3 awesome years living in this amazing place I can only recommend it. Excellent location (close to the beach, grocery store, mall, downtown), cozy and renovated units and amenities (2 pools, 2 tennis courts, nicely equipped gym), breathtaking views. Besides, Abigail and Andrea were always super friendly on the leasing/mgmt. side. Like every community, there is room for improvement but nothing that jeopardizes the great experience I have living here.
