Nasty dirty old! DO NOT MOVE HERE! You will regret it. The staffs are not helpful, over priced and the kitchen have roaches they leave trash outside everywhere and pick them up late it’s smells they don’t fix anything when I complain about a problem they never fix anything! And the audacity they try to raise the rent by 300 yea peace ✌🏽 old buildings old kitchen old carpets everything is just old! The nerve! I will be renting at those new apartments across the street that’s being built marina is trash 🗑! I’m out! DO NOT MOVE HERE VERY BAD EXPERIENCE THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT YOU THEY FAKE EVERY BODY IN THAT OFFICE IS FAKE AND THEY WILL GET WHATS COMING.

If I could give 0 stars I would . These are the most unprofessional people in the world. There is nothing luxury about living here. They have given me non stop problems since the day I moved in. Maintence is terrible and especially Hermin from the front office and his entire team . Read all the reviews before moving and save yourself the trouble there’s a reason why this “luxury” apartment only has 2 stars ITS BECAUSE OF THE HORRENDOUS SERVICE THEY PROVIDE and unwillingness to help only create more problems. 0/10 would NOT recommend

I’ll save you time- 1Bd, 1BA $2,100. Asked representative why the rate was so high, said- “prices are daily”….I’m assuming that this is consistent with the other feedback in the thread about weird price gouging practices.
