A landmark that highlights what will absolutely happen again if we deregulate the rich and greedy that run and own everything. What happened here is 147 people died in a fire because the factory owners locked the workers inside the building. Lesson: don’t ever trust a rich/wealthy person. Or do so at your own peril.

Go here just to stand outside. Pretty sure there's a plaque.

10 and there still is
Per what I know, the name of the company who owned the factory was “Triangle Shirtwaist”
1900 or 1901.
Infact the building did not collapse. But the fabric and clothes in the factory at top floor burnt very well, together with all the poor workers locked inside
It is currently a building for New York University, so at the building itself there is nothing unfortunately.
