I’ve been here for about a month, and everyone so far has been so kind and friendly. The maintenance team is top notch and I never have issues finding parking or a spot in the gym. My apartment is clean and spacious. The reason for the 3 stars is because it’s really not a “smoke free” building. I unfortunately cannot sit on my patio without smelling and seeing at least a few people out on theirs smoking cigarettes. Also doesn’t help there seems to be a pipe graveyard next to the pool. It totally ruins the vibe outside and forces me to retreat inside. I also am bummed because I checked to make sure it was smoke-free before moving in. If they could enforce that rule and make the pool not stink like smoke all day long, it would be 5 star living!

Can't say enough good things about living here. They amenities are great and they keep the building very clean compared to others in the area. The staff is amazing and always has a smile on their face. Paul and Juan with maintenance are always extremely helpful and quick to resolve any issues you may have. Couldn't have asked for a better place to live!!

I wrote my first review as soon as we moved. At that time everything was fine, but we needed some time to live in the community and get to know it better! Now we have lived in ORA for 4 years and everything just got better. ORA is developing, constantly organizing various events for residents, offers to visit new cafes or restaurants with a discount. It's nice! The leasing office staff are very friendly, always come to the rescue (especially Brenda). It is always very clean in the common areas and in the parking garage. In the area for pets there is always fresh water and treats. We do not have pets, but I often see how dogs come from a walk and drink water or get a treat from a jar. About our apartment. We are a family of 2 and a 1-bedroom apartment is more than enough for us. The floor plan is very practical, functional and well designed. The kitchen is nicely designed, you have all the appliances on logical spots so spend less time walking between the fridge, dishwasher, stove and kitchen island when cooking. I love cooking and bulk cook often and the kitchen in our apartment was super functional. Let's talk about noise. My husband has a good hearing and can tell what show the neighbor from above is watching, but by 11 pm everything is already quiet! Sometimes (about once a month) I can hear voices through the wall in the kitchen. This mainly happens on weekends, apparently when guests come to our neighbors. But to hear their voices, I have to stand right by the wall. I think these are normal situations for an apartment complex! Once we spent one day and visited nearby apartment complexes. We wanted to compare prices and generally see how the others look like. We were in 7 complexes in the surrounding area. Yes, some apartment complexes have a bigger pool, but also a lot of apartments, and therefore more people swimming and the common area is more noisy. Yes, in Satori the apartments have lots of square feet, but for two of us, there is no need in a giant apartment with a corner balcony. The balcony at ORA can accommodate a table and chairs, where you will sit and drink coffee and relax. So why do I need a balcony that overlooks Sunrise Boulevard, where is always noisy and a lot of cars. Not a really relaxed atmosphere. Other complexes proudly make a discount on the cost of rent, but look carefully - administrative fees are higher than ORA's ones. And some apartment complexes will charge you $20 for this and $10 that. Yes, this is a one-time payment, but if you add up all the fees and divide by 12 (adding these fees to your monthly rent), it will be more than the same rent in ORA. ORA also offers discounts, but without those additional fees. People, count your money! Finally, if you will decide to rent an apartment at ORA, work with Brenda! She is the best!!! She knows everything, she is super professional, she will resolve any issues super fast.
