Great location! I have been living here for about three years and love the building and management. It is close to all the cool restaurants, bars, and downtown scene. The office staff is always there to help and keeps the building clean. For the location and size of the apartments the price is hard to beat!

Bad managment, the lease is not followed only to collect rent on time or being charged the $100 late fee. No privacy in Your own apt. Many of the tenants don't care about the building & there is trash everywhere, noise 24hrs a day with the extremely thin walls and floors. This is considered very low quality because of the targeted income qualifications. You will have many complaints if your expecting a peaceful nice living enviroment. Ask questions before moving in...

Very walkable, loved location for those who love the downtown area, close to arts, cafes, restaurants, and nightclubs with everything within 5 miles radius. Some residents do not take care of the common area, can't imagine their units. It is mixed of educated and uneducated people living in affordable local. Friendly and professional management takes care of the building, (update) however, the owners don’t invest in what could bring a better atmosphere for everyone also increasing value to the property as recording cameras, trash containers all over the building areas, signs for pets’ rules, etc.

Hello all! I'm just moving to Fort Lauderdale and I have lucked in to this lovely building! Its beautiful, clean, safe and definitely affordable! Hopefully I'll be calling Eclipse West my home for some time!
