Please DO NOT move here. Even with new management, the office does not answer the phone. You have to request for the same issue to be fixed 5x before maintenance shows up, and they just pop up, no advance call. The community is horrible! Trash in the parking lot, floors and buildings are dirty. New paint for the building is long over due! New playground is over due! I had mold in my apartment and they sprayed paint over it instead of replacing the wood. Leaks everywhere from the ac , showers. Online photos are very deceiving.

The taste that invigorates

The worst ever! From sewerage running over into my apartment from the toilet and bath tub, to rude staff that doesn’t give 12 hours notice before they enter your unit, to the blatant mishandling of my rent that I paid in a lump sum , I can go on from what I have documented However be warned this company is that of a slum lord company and is not honest with the handling of large sums of money. I speak from experience. I reserve the right to share my full experience of Venice Cove Apartments in short order. I would not recommend this place to anyone .

I had a wonderful experience with Ms. Felicia she was very polite and professional she showed me around the property the unit was well maintained and I felt comfortable. I am so excited can’t wait to make Venice Cove my home

So I've been here since the end of last year, and I can honestly say the community is inviting. Ms Greene is by far thee best! She handles EVERYTHING expeditiously, she has a care for the residents & for that I say Thank You! I also thank Highmark for such an accommodating Staff. I love it here. The only thing left to structure now is parking. Atleast one assigned parking should be given, other than that my Family & I can't and won't complain.
