I would not live here ever again. Its an old building with superficial renovations. I doubt the 5star reviews here. Pros: - Maintenance crew is quick to fix broken things. - Plenty of parking (not enforced) Cons: - property is not clean - packages goes missing often (its not all kept in one open space) - bike rack in the garage is not safe - the building is old and hollow. - floor creeks when you walk - floor is uneven in many places (including inside the unit and hallways) - you can hear your neighbors. (i’ve heard them: walk, opening closets, snore, phone calls, last 4 of ssn (phone call), intimate conversations, work meetings, issues about their in-laws) - Termites in the walls (they come out when its hot) - faulty fire alarm

Our experience at Regency was really nice. We stayed over a year at this property. We enjoyed all the amneties like pool, jacuzzi and gym. The property is located really close to Rengstroff park which makes it really fun for people interested in pickleball/tennis. Essex is a great property management company and we have always had a great experience with the management in the past and it continued when we stayed at this property. We would like to thank the property manager Suree and maintenance supervisor Fernando for continuous support throughout our stay.

In November 2020, we started a search for an apartment for our daughter in Mountain View. We live halfway across the country and it was proving to be very difficult during a global pandemic. Well the staff at Regency understood our situation and was amazing. Suree and Scott set up zoom meetings to show us the property. They measured ever room and wall so we knew what was ok to move. We arrived in the dark a few days before Christmas. Suree met us with the key and made sure we got in ok. After six months, we are thrilled with the decision to move into Regency. In addition to Suree and Scott, the maintenance staff of Fernando and Anthony are remarkable. There is not much to fix as the apartment is fully equipped with new AC, W/D, dishwasher. We are so impressed with how quiet and safe it is too. We highly recommend Regency at Mountain View!

I'll hold off on reviewing the apartment as a whole as we've only been here for a few months, but I'd like to give a shout-out to the maintenance supervisor, Fernando. He's extremely fast and attentive- I don't think we've had to go more than 24 hours before getting any of our maintenance requests resolved. Thank you for your considerate service! :)
