A great local real estate school, I really enjoyed the classes. Everyone was very helpful and I learned a lot of information beyond what was needed to pass the school and state exams. I liked how they don't just read from a book and won't move on until everyone understands the things that require an explanation. I took my class via zoom and they don't teach in presentation but meeting mode which was like sitting in the classroom, the way you don't have to wait to be called on to ask questions. I know other schools teach in presentation mode which doesn't allow students to talk unless the instructor gives you permission to speak. All said and done, I felt well prepared and the exams are no joke. You will not pass unless you study. Like my instructor kept saying, nothing is rocket science but it's a lot of information to absorb. Study study study!

Hello All, I would like to start off by saying best school ever Victor☺️You always mentioned through out the classes, this isn’t rocket science. All you need to do is take notes, listen, and ask a lot of questions. I’m so happy I chose this school. I started on August 15, 2022 and finished on August 26, 2022. We did had to complete two days as well, because we ran over but I was all for it. I took my school exam on September 14, 2022 and passed with and 82.7% I’m so happy thanks to Victor. He’s very knowledgeable and I love the way he makes a topic out of a story. He’s the best! Two thumbs up👍🏾. Now I’m waiting to take my state exam, and I will do just fine like you said Victor. Thank you so much Victor it’s been a pleasure to be in your class. So for anyone that’s looking for a great school with an excellent teacher look know further.

I had a wonderful experience at the beginning of this year with Victor Kaminski. I signed up for the 2 week Real Estate Salesperson course and I’m glad I had him for an instructor. As someone who learns best in a personal/classroom setting, I must admit I was nervous taking this class online through zoom…knowing how many people tend to fail repeated times because of the amount of information you need to know for the state exam. Victor did an amazing job teaching the material, and even made it fun when possible. He gave real life examples to help drill the information into our minds and was always very knowledgeable and professional in answering our questions and concerns. I passed both the class and state exams on the first try! I would definitely recommend Career Path Academy to anyone who is looking to enter into the Real Estate field. You won’t be sorry!

Victor Kaminsky is very knowledgeable teacher. He has good sense of humor which helped a lot with, like he said "dry material." I would definitely recommend to take the class in his school because the information from him was all up to date and straight to the point. Thank you
