Condos and townhouses keep on mushrooming all around the community plot. Wherever there’s a bit of space left, you’ll be sure to see a construction happening in no time! It’s like living in a congested city and not a suburb! Trash disposal is a big issue...there’s so many condos and townhouses in the community and yet only 4 trash containers to share between community folks! Paper-thin walls - so much so that even if your neighbor sneezes, you’re sure to hear it! Construction all year round - no respect for the community and the original plan of the plot! Maintenance of the condo buildings - Lifts, outer spaces, the areas outside the condos are not well maintained...
