Thank you Dr. Romee Patel for only looking at me for 5 whole minutes. You cared more about me not talking without a mask than you did about my cystic acne. You barely asked me any questions regarding my skin. You made me feel worse than I did when I got in there. Then you guys would not release my prescription without me paying my bill, even though I paid a copay. That’s sick and unheard of. Thanks to the receptionist and nurse for treating me with more care than the actual doctor. I will never come back here.

Rude front desk girls that don't even give eye contact, appt is ALWAYS rushed everytime I go there ( no matter the provider). They barely spend 60 seconds in the room with you despite your complaints. It's like the race to the finish line before even starting the appointment. DO NOT Recommend! As a provider myself, this is a shame when the APP does not want to spend anytime hearing you out, or explaining treatments and education.
