I have been staying at Novo community for 2.5 years and enjoy every min of my experience here! The leasing manager Lucas is always going above and beyond and available to address the residents' needs to make Novo community a home to all of us. I can't express how much gratitude and appreciation i feel deeply for Lucas personally. He is always attentive, composed and support every resident with a smile on his face. He has clearly demonstrated his passion of loving his job, the team and the Novo community overall. We are extremely fortunate to have him!

I have lived at Novo for about 15 months and it has been the best complex I've ever lived in. Everything is maintained well, management is very responsive, and the amenities are perfect. The pool and gym are large enough that you can always find space. On the rare occasions when I have had to contact the manager, Lucas, and the leasing office, my issues have been taken care of quickly. Highly recommend!

We have had a great experience moving to Novo. The apartment complex has top notch amenities, and the buildings are all very well built. The units have great appliances. In addition to the apartment itself, the members of the leasing office are incredibly nice and responsive. They are great to work with!

We have been living at Novo for a bit over one and half years and it has been one of the wonderful experiences!! The amenities is always clean and well maintained, The Mgmt team- Lucas is always attentive to ensure to address residents community's needs with smile on his face. The clean crew( Edith) and service team ( Eric, Moe) are always working diligently to ensure common areas are sanitized and spotless clean ( gym, co-office area, Coffee station, pool) - Kudos to Lucas and the rest of team! We are grateful to your devoted efforts to make Novo such a pleasant place we call "home".
