I sprained my shoulder from volleyball and after resting wasn't making it any better, I decided to give PT a try and I sure am glad I did. I still continued playing volleyball with an arm brace, but after a few months with Simone, I've been starting to play without my brace and it honestly feels amazing. Not completely back at 100%, but getting there. Simone taught me so much about that part of my body and gave me a good amount of exercises to do on my own at home and even recommendations to have a better work setup.
