Several years ago, my husband purchased estate earrings for me, and they are so beautiful and of such stellar quality that I began to explore the Lang website. As we got closer to our 25 year anniversary, I know I'd like a ring from Lang to commemorate. We identified a show stopping ring and....waited. And waited. (Three sons = college and cars!) Magically the ring did not sell, and Tracey excelled at customer service to assist us with the sizing and purchase. She checked in several times throughout the process and I felt very safe and assured that if there were any problems I could return the ring. It arrived and absolutely surpassed expectations! She sent the ring to me complementary shipping to decide if I liked it and then paid to have it shipped back for sizing and again shipped it back to me at no cost to me. I've bought several pieces of jewelry from Lang's and it has always been an easy and enjoyable experience. The salespeople are knowledgeable and enthusiastic without being pushy. I've never returned anything but they always assure me there would be no problem if I returned it within their parameters which I think are very reasonable. I look forward to viewing their website and checking out their merchandise in the future. I would like to see their store in San Francisco sometime if I am near northern California. I would recommend them to anyone looking for antique or vintage jewelry. Also they shipped my pieces very quickly and even give me a time when the package will be arriving. It's always been spot-on. They have a great selection of jewels and great service.

Lang's is an outstanding destination to find unique jewelry. We have purchased 2 pieces - one antique and one modern - and both are stunning. The staff, including Kaye whom we worked with, are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. My wife sent her wishlist before the visit and the team has all the pieces set aside for her to try, as well as others they thought she might like. All in all, highly recommended!
