Fresh made noodles really do show in the ramen dishes here. This is seriously a legit ramen shop and so far all the dishes I have tried have been tasty. ( Seafood, miso, tengutsu, spicy . Also curry is really good as well.

Had a good experience at this place. The Ramen was delicious. The dish in the picture had extra pork. The ramen has a soft but not too soft to where it broke apart and the pork has some good flavor. Recommend and will return when I am in the area.

We had a really great meal at Tampopo. The ramen was one of the better spots I’ve been to. They make their own noodles and they are delicious. The broths weren’t as salty as many shops which I appreciate. The umami was wonderful but not overpowering. I would definitely go back.

Went to the restaurant a little after 12 pm, able to seat right away, but the place is small, tables are small, space is tight and the place filled up fast. Be ready to sit next to strangers when it's busy. Staff friendly. Enjoyed the appetizers. Takoyaki (grilled octopus stuffed ball) and kabuki (braised pork belly). These were really good. Ramen, not too bad. I had Tonkoysu ramen, the dish didnt really have much flavor, which I am okay with, they have a small plate of condiments you can add to you ramen/broth to have the flavor you want. A red spice, soy sauce, sesame seed, and some oil. End up enjoying my ramen dish quite a bit after I doctored it up. The "roasted pork slice" they add to the soup I had to take out. I got less roast taste and more burnt taste, so I put it off to the side. I took the braised pork appetizer, and ripping it apart to add into my soup, turned out really good. My sister got the Miso ramen, hers had a more mild sweet flavor. It was pretty good, she felt the same about the slice of pork, she removed it and added kakuni to her bowl as well. My son had the curry ramen, a soupless ramen dish, it smelled really good, but my son only partially enjoyed it. Overall, not too bad, if I could do 3.5 stars, I would aim more for that rating, but the were better than 3, so settle with 4. But worth the experience at least once. My sis and I may go back a second time to give it another try with their rice dishes.

Just walk in. Although it may look busy go in any way. They turn tables over quickly.
Provided gluten free soy sauce for table and prepared lettuce wraps with gluten free soy sauce. This establishment is NOT a dedicated gluten-free facility and may not be safe for those with celiac disease.
Very nice protocol! Spaced seating and all staff had masks.
No. Just chat with your server. They were very accommodating.
Im not sure about birthday specials but their pricing is reasonable and they have a long table in the center of the floor that can seat 10 or 12 easy. I would recommend calling to see if they will take a reservation and if they have specials.
In a way you can by adding and removing things. But each bowel of ramen comes with it's own set of toppings. It's not like Ramen Republic, but it taste way better.
They have rice bowls over there. No gluten free Ramen. Gluten free Ramen noodle is not Ramen noodle anymore. 😋
