My visit to Banner Urgent care was good. Starting with Phil at the front desk who checked me in. He was very professional and had a great vibe about him. I was seen by a PA, I feel bad I forgot her name, but she was very knowledgeable and new her stuff. I live in Mesa and normally go to the UC in Gilbert but decided to take a chance on this Tempe location because they had availability at the time I needed. I will definitely go out of my way to get GREAT SERVICE..

Such an amazing visit! Everyone, and I mean everyone, was so great and very sincere on doing everything Godly possible to get me to feel better and tending to my ailment. They were very hands on and engaged in a very professional and respectful way. I love going to this urgent care. Privacy especially was the high point of this visit. Amazing staff! Everyone was so friendly! A little bit of a wait when first checked in but understandable considering the high demand. If you are nervous about going to the doctors or urgent care this is the place to go! The kind and patient staff will answer all your questions!

This was my first experience at an urgent care. Although the staff was kind the facility itself seemed poorly taken care of. The waiting room was dead quiet and nearly empty. Makes you feel nervous and uncomfortable especially when they ask you what you are coming in for and the room is so quiet that everyone can hear your health concern. Some light music would be nice. Also the room I was put in had damaged blinds which were open enough for someone to see into from the outside which made me very uncomfortable. When I was there they weren’t able to help me with my chest pain because they didn’t have the equipment such as an x Ray or EKG to rule out certain diagnosis. They also may have been short staffed at the time of my 8pm appointment. Overall my visit seemed like they were struggling. I don’t blame the health care professionals however, whoever owns the property should look into making this urgent care more comfortable and fix the place up.
