I thought I had an eye infection and went to this clinic. I was told them I had seasonal allergies and got prescribed eye drops that didn’t work. The next day I woke up in horrid pain and called an eye doctor for an appointment and was seen that day. The doctor evaluated and treated my injury and I recovered swiftly. Seven months later fast med sent me a bill for an addition 80 dollars on top of what I already paid at the time of my visit with no explanation as to why I was not charged my total bill initially. I want point out that you’re way better off scheduling an appointment with an actual doctors office if you have a minor condition or just going to the ER if you have a serious problem. Scheduling a walk in with a doctors office might take a little bit of calling around but you can usually get seen that day if you call in the morning or you can get an appointment the next day. The cost of seeing a doctor is usually around 150 whereas going to this urgent care will almost always run you 200 and most of the time you will not get treatment that will resolve your problem or just get referred to either the ER or an actual doctor but you will still pay 200.

These people must be joking calling themselves "fast med". Took almost an hour wait to get a urine sample for a drug screen. There were only 4 people ahead of me & 3 of them were done & gone, leaving only 1 person inside the treatment rooms when they finally called me in
