The people and employees are fine. I have an issue with getting billed when I have insurance. Whoever handles the billing issue should get that taken care of. Stop sending urgent last notice or any other bills to patients

(Nov 2019) They have extended their hours to 11pm at least on Tuesday nights. We arrived around 10:30pm and they graciously cared for me until my issues were resolved around midnight (I hadn't even realized how late it had gotten, but not once did they make me feel rushed or like I was an annoyance!). They took time to answer all my questions and help me understand the proposed treatment. I thank God for their kindness and very good bedside manner!
(Nov 2019) They can take chest x-rays to check for pneumonia. Based on their set-up it looked like they were set up to take x-rays for other purposes as well but I did not ask. The x-ray tech (Guy) had fantastic bedside manner and was very respectful and kind.
(Nov 2019) I had a fantastic experience as well! I would definitely recommend this Urgent Care facility and team! They had great bedside manner and never made me feel rushed even though my treatment kept me there until midnight. I thank God for this team!

If they do they're minimal, and also not ideal. Have had heard of several major misses by their techs and their previous sister location a mile down the road completely incorrectly diagnosed my son's injury.
