No longer a fan! A year ago I gave them 4 stars but unfortunately the customer service and overall customer experience I experienced last year is non existent. I'm sure that their regular customers will wholeheartedly disagree with my assessment. Unfortunately, it seems like the more popular alot of places become the more they get away from EVERYTHING that got them to that point. $50.00 caps aren't a necessity and based on what I've seen most won't blink at standing in line for the latest drop & paying that amount. However, for the occasional buyer or some new to the cap culture, the Locker Room's customer service falls short. Furthermore, I'd expect 100% better service as well as more of an enjoyable customer experience when paying for what is essentially an accessory. Therefore after my most recent experience, I choose to spend my money elsewhere.

I have bought many hats there and recently purchased one last Saturday. I didn't notice how bad the bill was stitched until Wednesday, when I was planning to wear it to a Dodgers game. I did not try the hat on as a COVID precaution and because it's a snapback. Unfortunately I discarded the receipt but still have proof through my credit card statement that I purchased it there. I tried to call them and state the issue but they won't allow exchanges without a receipt, even though I can prove I bought it there. That really sucks that they're selling such defective hats and then stating that it's up to the owner's discretion. This is just bad business.
