I had 5am pickup time and arrived @4:15 and got immediately a dock but finish loading @8am. As they call me I miss the phone but head inside to get my paperwork but the checkout person told me there’s a pallet they forgot so go back the dock and I told him I’m still there. So I waited for another 30 minutes then got my paperwork. Overall i had good experience.

Checked in 2 hours before appointment was given a dock immediately. 30 minutes later they cut my seal and had me open doors. Full 53ft trailer of frozen. 2 hours 10 minutes from check in to pulling out the gate.

Also remember they have to pull product and build pallets. This takes more time
After you make it through the guard shack and you go to your dock you will wait for them to call you and tell you to open your doors. Then you will wait until you have a green light and they call you again telling you to come and get your bills. Then you go to dock 18 and go up the five or six little stairs and take the only door that is on your left and walk in there and see one of the women at the two windows sometimes a guy. They will give you your bills and your seal, at that point you go outside seal your trailer and return to the gate guard, I think they're Nigerians or something and one Mexican anyway one of them will check your paperwork and your seal and you will be out of there. I've been there probably 60 times they used to have you check in at the window after the guard shack and then you would go out and open your doors now, they do the whole calling you and telling you to open the door thing which actually makes things faster. You'll be there 2 to 4 hours probably.
Sometimes they might let you in and put you in waiting until your appointment time
