Arrived the night before a 10:00am appointment . Found overnight parking to the left of the empty guard shack. Also door 7 is broke so you can park in the dock. They open at 9:30 but the clerk was late. Entered into the building waited in line for 20 minutes. Given door right away. Easy backing because I was in the beginning of the line but it’s get tight from door 23 to 30, because of traffic and the empty trailers in front of the dock doors. Started my truck at 10:15. Truck done 11:09, paperwork can take time if you don’t go ask

Quick unloading,, checkin 30mins before apt,, overall nice people working there,, im happy,, they got the job done within manageable time limit

They do not work 24 hours of the worst to deliver 6 hours to unload 6 pallets

This place has no respect for drivers they will waste your time arrived at 7 for 10 appt they don’t open until 9: 30 all drivers came at once to the office we had a line of 10 drivers inside there office which is located inside their cooler and they gave us a doors all at once just imagine 10 trucks trays to back up in the same time it was a big mess 30 minutes just to back to a door then they took 4 hours to unloading me also they keep 6 hours without offering a restroom to the drivers shame on them
