At the reception, there are many unethical people who don't even know the correct procedure. What kind of treatment should they have with the clients? In America, the country is always a priority, but when you come across such people, it is unfortunate.

The absolute worst! I have been old hold trying to get to referrals for the past 7 days and when 15min go by it automatically puts you in a call back list. Trash! They call you back like 2 days later and they old call for like 2 rings then hang up. I have been calling nonstop back to back for the past three days. I am honestly considering seeing another place but my leg is broken. I don't have the ability to drive around and find a better clinic for the referral. The doctor that first helped me was very nice though it's just the call center and receptionist rhat are trash.

There's one star for the waiting room cleanliness and the receptionist and one star for the intake staff that took my blood pressure. I'm not complaining about my insurance. The orthopedic doctor that I saw in reference to my arm issue that began AFTER I received that damn pneumococcal 23 vaccination (pneumonia) treated me as if he needed to hear a scream before ceasing to cause unnecessary added pain. I'm not normally a screamer, so all I could do was cry. The last time I got that angry at a doctor manipulating me to pain, we later found out that I had to have major hip surgery. To be told, "I've never heard of..." and "I don't think the MRI will show anything, but..." when it comes to this shot, I really don't need to hear that when I'm the one suffering. Upon researching if other people have similar stories for this vaccine, there are NUMEROUS references; many that have gone through EXACTLY what I'm experiencing. I'll be taking at least one article with me to show him on my next visit. No one knows or has seen everything, so I dislike when practicing doctors seem to insinuate that they do. I highly suggest that anyone considering getting that pneumonia shot, research it and reconsider. The pain feels like someone is stabbing your nerves and long-term repercussions are quite depressing. As of this post, I'm going on 5 months post shot. Also, I didn't notice it beforehand, but the doctor sanitized his hands AFTER touching me, not before. That won't happen again either. Whatever his opinion on my MRI results, I'll be getting another one. Lastly, I found it quite strange that he told me to stop doing the advice and prescription that I'd just begun from my primary the week before...

Hi Cathy, WellSpace Health does not provide X-rays.
I can't get callbacks from them either. My provider just said to come in to the office if you can't reach anyone which is a 40 minute drive for me.
