I use to only come her because I like the staff and their good with my kids but the new young lady they have at the front checking in people is extremely rude and need to watch what she says because she is not gonna last she should learn how to talk to the community she works in She should learn dealing with people is case by case and clearly needs training on this 10-18-21

Stay far away from this place. Worst customer service. Doctor are rude and disrespectful. Call center is a joke and will never be helpful. The doctor will verbally attack and berate you. Especially if you do not have an immediate answer to their question. Not even remotely a safe space. If you want to be verbally attacked and disrespected constantly, this is the place.

I just started reading the reviews. We have an appointment today. Press the number 1 for a callback. Honestly it took all but 3 minutes.. Kodos to Wellspace.

While this clinic serves in a low socioeconomic community and to a low income population of which I’m part of this clinic is clean. It feels safe and the staff has always been professional and polite. I probably only dislike that it takes so long to get an appointment. However that seems to be the trend. I just thank God for this clinic that’s close to home and friendly. Keep up the good job. Thank you for your commitment to your patients.
