Wow if I had the power to close this place down.. My partner was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma through elica health which took them several months to diagnose because of the constant rescheduling or having to call ourselves several times through out the week due to the lack of urgency. We ended up not receiving the proper tests and care which forced us to find treatment somewhere else. Nothing but hell has come from this place. It took several months to do any type of blood draws or biopsy that they needed. Elica Healthe gave us fake hope that they faxed over records to the doctors when they didn’t. The lack of communication and urgency this place has is honestly sickening. They are money driven and do NOT care about their patients. We eventually were able to transfer his care to UC Davis and we are now just starting chemotherapy when he should of started several months ago. For someone who is in the medical field themselves… this was a life time of an experience that unfortunately we can’t take back. I strongly urge anyone to NOT go here! There are better options and places where people actually care about you!! Please do your research so you can get the proper care you need.

This whole system is a JOKE.. I've been with them for 6yrs and I have yet to get ANY health matters resolved.. The workers are jokes and only do it for the pay check, the system is a joke because it's designed for low income families and it shows, the company is a joke because all they do is supply the pharmaceutical companies with patients.. I can go on with more! People will actually die before they get any help from this place. And I'm not exaggerating

Great experience with PA Assadabadi today. Love this place. Nice front desk staff, nice nursing assistant and wonderful caring medical care. Very clean office. Not a long wait.

The calls get disconnected all the time, they are so slow at getting your referrals processed, and they always have a huge wait time. Gotta space out half a day to come here. We need better healthcare on Medi-Cal. They have a few good doctors.
