First thing first, the lady at the front desk is very well mannered. What I particularly don't like about EHC is the fact that they can't keep doctors at either location; they're always switching out. When it comes to getting a referral, it takes a long time to get one.

It's not a large center like Sutter or Kaiser. It's small like a clinic. As far as I'm aware there is a Dr and a PA.
