Had a prescription sent to Pucci's almost 2 weeks ago, in an attempt to support local business. Pucci's contacted me to tell me they were verifying information with my last pharmacy and would give me a call back when they had. Never received return call. I went on vacation for a week and upon my return I went into the store assuming everything would have been sorted by now. Give guy information, guy says it'll be ready in 15 minutes. I return in TWO HOURS and am told they are just finishing it up and it will be a couple minutes. Pharmacist then calls me over to inform me they are no longer filling prescriptions from telehealth md's. Policy started last week, after they had accepted my prescription. Pharmacist apologizes and says there is nothing she can do, but if I would like to establish care with a local MD they would be happy to fill my prescription. I am a traveling healthcare worker and establishing local care is not an option for me at this time. Also not an option is supporting this business in the future.

Terrible service Incompetent please beware. This place used to be great when it was owned by the Pucci family now that thesis new company ownes it it is horrible. Better off going to cvs or Walgreens it will be faster and cheaper

Horrible… told my friend to come in 30 min and script would be ready. Then he went & they said another 30, then he went again and they said another 15 min. All to say that they couldn’t fill it. Absolutely horrible customer service and a bad image for Sacramento. Stay far away from this place.
