UPDATE: the syringe they gave me to “make up” for the missing doses, it had so many air bubbles in it that it barely made up one! DO NOT GO HERE!!! I would give 0 stars if possible. I went in for a compounded medication for my bird, I was charged for 2 mL and gave her the correct dosage every day. I ran out three days before the course was over and when I went in to discuss how it was possible that I ran out, the man was EXTREMELY RUDE and said they had made 4 ml and that I did something wrong. I work with birds every week and know how to dose them, I fully know that it is not my fault, yet they refused to refund me for half of the medication that I didn’t even need to pay for. On top of being rude, they continuously insisted that it was my fault. Also why would they charge me for 2 ml if they gave me 4ml when I only needed less than 1ml for the two week. They are scammers. Do not go here!
