It was easy and convenience for me, I booked same day appointment. The area does look a little creepy but the staff is really nice. I wasn't able to access my results but I sent an email and they called in less then five min. Customer service was A++ the cost is $70. When you have to be sure you spend the money.

Didn't expect the line to be as long as it was, so prepare for a wait, even if you have an appointment scheduled you may end up in a fairly long line. But luckily for me I had a nice staff assisting me. One of my biggest issues with the Covid test is getting people who are just too rough! The lady helping me was extremely friendly, patient and GENTLE. She appreared to be confident and knew what she was doing. If you've had bad experiences before with testing and go here and ask for Marrissa - SHE ROCKS!!!! Made my wait worth it.
