I visited the Quest in Elk Grove, it was very clean and the people were very friendly.

Had to simply drop off a specimen due to the Jst location being closed, the women working the front desk were the rudest least helpful people I have ever encountered. It was my first time using the sign in machine for drop off and instead of assisting me the lady at the desk just rudely snapped at me like I was a child. Hope I never have to come to this location again

Best lab experience that I can remember. Arrived at 7:00am for 7:15am appt on Fri 4/22/22 and was seen at 7:10am. Someone else had appt at 9am and was seen around 7:15am. Waiting room was empty and everything was clean and looked modern. The staff was professional, warm, and personable. Parking and check-in was really easy at this time. Thank you! Phone system is pretty unhelpful but that’s probably a corporate thing.
