Let me start off by saying ive been dealing with quest for a very long time. Finally got fed up with their bs and found Labcorp. When I walked in the lady asked me for my paperwork, which I gave her and she said, oh it looks like your dr wants you to go to quest. I said Ill never go back. my last visit was an apt scheduled at 8:30. I showed up 10 min early and when I left 45 minutes later the 8am apt was still sitting there and they never called one person back. I was in and out of Labcorp in 10 minutes. Even had to reschedule my apt because of work, no problem with labcorp. Thank you to the two people at the front desk. Names always escape me, sorry.

Bad service! The guy at the front door very rude and his behavior is too bad to service. What kind of service do not want to talk to the customer??? Nerver come here again

CHELSEY WAS GREAT with her service, very professional . . . not only with me, but with the others as well - as I observed while waiting for my turn. Unfortunately, the facility as a whole only gets two stars because the lady in the front, TABATHA, HAD REALLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! TABATHA WAS RATHER DISMISSING OF PERSONS OF COLOR, perhaps it's her unconscious bias.
