The clinic has very good services. The staff, doctors and nurses are polite and kind people except a few in the reception area. I request the clinic administration to talk regularly to them to ensure their quality, respect and behavior. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is I have been seen by doctor 4 times and each time he prescribed me tests and blood work. In almost seven months, he didn’t come to any conclusion for a very simple problem and he didn’t prescribe any medication for my health condition which was clearly indicated in the first blood work. He didn’t treated me with respect and didn’t listen to me during all visits. Some doctors are really unprofessional, misbehaving and discriminatory. I hope the clinic administration ban such doctors from working in the clinic to maintain their good stand at place.

cancelled appointment day of as I was getting ready for it, no explanation, no call, no voicemail. needed to get my chest checked out and was scheduled for an apt 3 months out. horrid service. people never pick up their phones, either. don't go here. don't waste your time. don't waste your money.

I am a senior citizen who went most of my life without dental care. I have obviously never been comfortable in the dentist chair, but that all changed when I started seeing Dr.Jacobson. He is a kind and very gentle dentist that has gone above and beyond to make me comfortable and to treat all my needs. I honestly don't think I'd have the dental health I have today without him. I am sad to see him go, but wish him well. And if ever finds his way back to OCH, I for one, will be so happy and grateful!

My son had doctor appointments to see his doctor but at first visit we with 3 hours Nobody see my son they are just waste my time , the second time I with two hours. I recommend if you guys don’t have time please don’t give us appointment

Lots of changes there recently not all for the best. You should call.
Yes, there is a parking lot between the two buildings that is available for patients. Metered parking along the streets is also available. Street parking has some restricted days/hrs, so pay close attention to the signs. The area is located in a high enforcement zone, so watch your time as well.
