No complaints. Appointment at 3pm, arrived 130 parked on street then checked in at 2:30, door assigned 2:40, on the road at 5:30. Sweet young lady at the desk and nice lounge with restrooms and vending and microwave. You do need a 13 confirmation number which I had to call dispatch for but that certainly wasn't their fault. Great job!!

Checked in an hour early for my appointment. They had me park out on the side street - plenty of room for overnight parking. In a half hour they called me and told me to put it in the dock door. Had me loaded in an hour. Easy in and easy out. Wish all pick ups were as great as this one. Second shift hit a home run for my team that day! BIG Thank You!!!

There is overnight parking on adjacent side street but sometimes police enforce no parking signs and run them all off
I don't think they are 24 hrs...call them for hours of operation
