My experience here was ABOVE AND BEYOND EXPECTATIONS! I WANT TO THANK TONI, (SUPERVISOR) FOR MAKING MY TRANSITION TO GETTING MY MAIL A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE! I JUST MOVED TO ARIZONA FROM ANOTHER STATE AND HAD NO PHYSICAL ADDRESS TO GET A P. O. BOX TO RECEIVE MAIL OR FORWARD MY MAIL. SHE KINDLY MADE A SUGGESTION THAT I USE GENERAL MAIL UNTIL I COULD GET A P. O. BOX USING A PHYSICAL ADDRESS! TONI WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL! I APPRECIATE PEOPLE LIKE HER BECAUSE SHE CARES ABOUT CUSTOMERS WHO MAY NEED HELP IN SELECTING THE BEST WAY OF GETTING THEIR MAIL! THANK YOU SO MUCH TONI!

Blonde lady in the front didn’t want to take my package because it had to be measured and weighed and the label wasn’t the correct one. I measured the box and weighed the box it only weighed 12 pounds I got the flare rate big box option and she didn’t accept it. I’ve been seeing reviews for the past couple of month about the same lady. All this happened on 06/27/22 at about 9:30. Went to another usps and had absolutely no issues.
