Lost my overseas package. Manager is complete clueless when asked where the package is located. How could you lose a big box that cost $68 dollars to mail? I believe they are stealing packages and it’s sad there is nothing can be done about it!

You need to fill out a renewal form you can find at any post office location. For more information click this link https://www.usps.com/international/passports.htm
Short staffed with nobody to answer phones like a secretary right now. Supervisors are usually away from the desk most of the day. Best time to call is between 8 am and noon.

You can fill out a form on the USPS website or pick it up from the office, fill it out, and turn it in plus the fees.

Authorize an agent on the back of the notice that was left sign and address for form and make sure they have ID when they pick it up.

1st, if someone is stealing your mail, you need to call the police and the postal inspectors. I promise they will be caught and convicted. The USPS has never lost a case in its entire history. Second, just call your local post office and ask them to install a box for you. Hopd this helps and you catch the culprit.
