I came to this post office with an appointment a 11:30 , so I arrived around 10:45 the lady on the front desk was rude and told me to come back. I came back around 11:15 and she told me that the lady that do the passaport process was on lunch and told me that it doesn’t matter if I had and appointment. She sound racist to me, because when white people approach her , she helped them out.

This is the worst post office EVER two people behind the window and only one is working for passport and everything else the other one was just standing there looking at line getting bigger by the min. Horrible service.. 7/19/22

I’m furious at the service I received. I arrived and was on line by 1:57 pm. The clerk screamed it’s 2 pm we are l closed. However I was ready in the post Office and on line prior to her screaming this through the window. She asked me to leave I did not. At 2 pm another associate said it’s now 2 pm. I remained on line and when I reached the window she said it’s 2 you should have left. I waited for the customer before me to buy 4 $500 money order which took over 5 mins by the time I reached the front it was 2:06, the clerk was visibly upset and stated you came at 2 pm. I explained I’m not sure why she is harassing me but it’s unnecessary when I was here prior to 2. I was upset at this service, she was abrasive and dismissive. I left out 2:09 clearly if I was able to enter the facility it was not closed!

I waited 30 minutes in a line that did not move while the ladies in the post maker or whatever office were on the phone giggling and taking. Left the front with not a single employee for several minutes and DID NOT HELP. I needed to drop off a prepaid package with a receipt and they told me to wait in line and told me I’d wait longer just because I was asking for help. THE LADIES WORKING HERE ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT HELPFUL IN ANY WAY. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.
