My first experience with The Shade Store was absolutely awesome. I never even stepped foot in a store. I did everything via phone, email, and mail until the installation. They handled everything professionally and wires never got crossed. There was one faux pas with a blind and they replaced it as quickly as they could. The end products are very well made and I have had no issues with any of them in the 2 months since installed. I would highly recommend The Shade Store and especially Cathy Martin, my sales rep.

I recently purchased blinds from The Shade Store. The Customer service is top notch. There was no hesitation on their part to go above and beyond to make sure I had the product I wanted. I worked with Sarah Garcia. Sarah consistently followed up, answered all of my questions, provided advise and followed up with samples based on our conversations. She was a wealth of information, set up an appointment for the measurement and then the install. The service didn’t end at the sale. Each of the employees that came out were professional, came when they said they would, answered all of my questions and did an excellent job. They never made me feel rushed or that I was asking too many questions. The blinds are beautiful and are of great quality. Highly recommend this company.
